Biography
Dr. Rohan Kamat completed his Ph.D. in Molecular Virology from ACTREC TMC followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in Neurobiology at NCBS. After a brief stint as a Research Scientist in InStem, he founded Viravecs Labs in 2014.
Viravecs Labs focuses on developing viral vectors for various applications, from rare disease gene therapy to CAR-T like Immuno-therapy. Viravecs Labs is now exploring options in genome editing in CAR-T cell therapy.
