Dr Navneet Singh

Dr. Navneet Singh completed his MBBS in 1997 from Government Medical College, Chandigarh and MD (Medicine) in 2001 from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. He joined the DM (Pulmonary Medicine) programme at PGIMER in 2004. Subsequent to completion of his fellowship (DM), he has continued in the department as a member of the faculty (since 2007) and is currently working as Associate Professor. His primary area of interest is thoracic oncology (especially lung cancer). He is a past recipient of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCOs) International Development and Education Award (IDEA) and currently the Chair-Elect of ASCOs IDEA Working Group as well as an invited member of ASCOs Thoracic Cancer Guideline Advisory Group and Multidisciplinary Cancer Management Course (MCMC) Working Group. He is also an invited member of the Publications Committee of the International Association for Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) for two successive terms (2013:15, 2015:17) and the current Secretary of the Indian Society for Study of Lung Cancer (ISSLC). He has more than 120 publications in peer reviewed international and national journals and has served as a reviewer for several journals (including the New England Journal of Medicine).
